Did you know that the Kindergarten/Y5's and New Families open house, Family Fun Nights, School Carnival, Popcorn Fridays, Holiday Build a Gift, Breakfast Gallery, concert cookies, school flower planting and much more are sponsored by the Parents Club? The Parents Club also helps with funding for field trips, playground equipment and classroom supplies.
Did you know that EVERY PARENT who has a child attending Holmes is a member? Your participation is welcomed, encouraged and appreciated! Studies have shown that family involvement in school activities increases students' chances for social and academic success. Whether you are a "stay at home" parent or one that works full time, there are opportunities for you to get involved. Attend any one of the meetings listed below, contact a Board member or go to the "Volunteer Needs" page to find out more information.
The purpose of the Holmes Parents Club, (HPC), is to establish and maintain a working relationship between parents and Holmes staff to assure the enrichment of our children's physical, intellectual and social education.
